Consultation Process
Please make an appointment when seeking consultation.
We can refer you to consultation services both on and off campus as needed.
How to Make a Reservation by E-mail
- Please send an email to the consultation center’s address, stating that you wish to consult.
- We will coordinate the schedule and get back to you shortly.
How to Make a Reservation by Phone
- Please call the Consultation Center and let us know that you wish to schedule a consultation.
- We will coordinate the schedule and inform you of your reservation time.
- Please also provide contact information where we can reach you later.
※Consultations can be conducted anonymously, but if it is not inconvenient, please provide your name, affiliation, etc.
※Please password-protect the completed consultation application form and submit it by the appointment date if possible.
※Since the counselor doesn’t speak English very well, making an appointment via e-mail will be smoother.
